The set up time for the Fair is 10-11AM on Sunday morning, October 4th. Please drop off your materials at the Depot Building and then drive your vehicle into the municipal parking lot behind the Depot Building (see map)

You will have a 6' table and chair; please bring a table cloth if you want to dress up your display. Some exhibitors will be inside the building and others will be under the awning along the bike path.

Non-profits and others who are bringing tents for the Depot Lawn must NOT use any stakes in the lawn due to the sprinkler system. If the weather is rainy, you are welcome to use the front porch area of the Depot Building, which is covered by an 8' awning. See LexGWAC volunteers when you arrive between 10-11AM to find your assigned space on the lawn.

There will be coffee available, courtesy of Starbucks, as well as bagels and assorted snacks for all exhibitors. Restaurants and coffee shops are located in Lexington Center and are in walking distance from the Depot Building. Parking is free at meters and in the municipal building lot all day on Sunday. The Depot building has restroom facilities.

Since LexGWAC volunteers are responsible for removing all trash and recycling, we ask that vendors remove their own trash and recycling at the end of the day. The building will be closed promptly at 4PM and the tables will be picked up by the rental company at that time.
